We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Analyst to support a major SAP SuccessFactors implementation.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute test strategies, plans, scenarios and scripts for the SAP SuccessFactors implementation.
  • Lead functional, integration, system, regression and user acceptance testing activities.
  • Manage defects through triage, prioritisation, retesting and closure.
  • Coordinate testing across business, technical, vendor and implementation teams.
  • Provide clear test reporting, quality metrics and risk recommendations to program stakeholders.

Key skills and experience

  • Strong, recent experience testing SAP SuccessFactors implementations across relevant modules.
  • Extensive experience as a Senior Test Analyst on complex enterprise transformation programs.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, system integrations, workflows, roles and permissions.
  • Excellent test planning, requirements traceability, defect management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Government or public-sector implementation experience is highly desirable.
