Senior Test analyst

• 12 months with two potential 12-month extensions.

• Extensive experience in testing solutions for complex projects, including manual and automated testing, and expertise in cloud-based solutions.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Analyst to play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of ICT solutions, including cloud-based systems. This role is critical in supporting the development and maintenance of secure and efficient systems that meet organisational goals and objectives.

Your duties will include:

• Developing acceptance criteria for functional and non-functional requirements, business processes, and user stories.
• Designing, specifying, and executing test cases and scenarios to ensure systems meet acceptance criteria.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage and accuracy.
• Analysing and reporting on test activities, results, and risks, and providing actionable insights.
• Planning and driving testing activities across all stages of product and system development.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement in testing tools, processes, and policies to enhance quality outcomes.

Skills and Experience we are looking for:

• 5-10 years of experience in developing, managing, and operating testing solutions for complex projects.
• Strong skills in documentation, record-keeping, and communication.
• Expertise in creating and managing acceptance test cases and scenarios.
• Proficiency in both manual and automated testing methods and tools.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering (desirable).
• Experience working within complex projects and delivering scalable testing solutions.
