
Senior Test Analyst
We are seeking two highly experienced Senior Test Analysts to play a key role in the testing stream of a large-scale HR and Payroll Transformation program. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex payroll system implementations, collaborating with leading vendors and stakeholders to deliver critical business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive end-to-end test plans for complex payroll implementations, ensuring full alignment with business requirements and regulatory compliance.

Validate data accuracy, integrations, and payroll calculations across ADP and/or SAP Payroll platforms.

Manage test preparation, execution, defect management, and reporting across functional, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) phases.

Work closely with internal teams, external vendors, test leads, and project managers to ensure seamless test coverage and timely milestone delivery.

Identify and escalate test risks and issues to maintain quality and ensure successful program outcomes in a fast-paced transformation environment.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will bring:

10-12+ years of testing experience, with a proven track record in HR and Payroll systems testing.

Recent, hands-on experience with ADP Payroll and/or SAP Payroll platforms in large-scale transformation projects.

Strong expertise in test planning, execution, and defect management within complex enterprise environments.

Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and vendors.

Deep understanding of payroll compliance, data integrity, and complex payroll calculation scenarios.

Experience in the airline or transportation sector is highly regarded (but not essential).
