Senior Technical Business Analyst – UKG/Kronos
6-Month Contract + Extensions

An iconic Australian organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst to join a major workforce and payroll initiative. This is a 6-month contract with strong extension potential, offering the opportunity to work on large-scale, business-critical systems.
You’ll play a key role in translating complex workforce, time and attendance, and payroll requirements into clear technical and functional specifications, working closely with both business stakeholders and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements gathering and analysis for UKG/Kronos solutions
  • Specify and document payroll compliance business rules (awards, EBAs, overtime, penalties, etc.)
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications
  • Partner with payroll, HR, IT, and vendors to support solution design and delivery
  • Support testing, validation, and implementation activities
  • Ensure solutions align with regulatory and compliance requirements

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Technical Business Analyst
  • Extensive hands-on experience with UKG/Kronos
  • Strong background in payroll compliance and business rule specification
  • Ability to work in complex, large enterprise environments
  • Exposure to SAP (highly regarded)
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skills
