Our client is a leading national retailer currently seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to deliver on the uplift of their order management systems.

Your new role will see you working as part of the Fulfilment squad to work with the technical teams to deliver analysis of technical requirements. You will focus on facilitating workshops and supporting Agile ceremonies. This role will require you to bring your knowledge of API’s and integration patterns to be able to deliver successfully.

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong experience in a Technical Business Analyst or similar role
  • Demonstrated experience working in the eCommerce or retail industry
  • Solid knowledge of back end systems to support customer facing systems
  • Experience with API specifications, integration patterns and data mapping
  • Clear and concise stakeholder engagement skills, both written and verbal

Our client is offering an initial 6 month contract with the view to extension. Offices are based near the Melbourne CBD with a requirement to be on site 3 days per week.
