As an experienced Senior Systems Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The position serves as a critical link in the product development lifecycle, helping the Agency optimise its systems, streamline processes, and achieve its business objectives.
Your duties will include:
- Provide expertise and technical knowledge in specialist area across a range of programs or activities for the agency.
- Work closely with the design team to create UX/UI design and solution prototypes.
- Design innovative and efficient solutions based on the gathered requirements and analysis. Develop system specifications, use cases, data models, and process flows to communicate the proposed system design.
- Elicit requirements through the standard document process, including interviews, workshops, and documentation analysis.
Selection Criteria:
- Knowledge and experience of applications development methodologies and the software, development lifecycle.
- Providing expertise and technical knowledge in specialist area across a range of programs or activities for the agency.
- Demonstrated experience in identifying, analysing, isolating and interpreting business needs (often conflicting) and generating user stories and requirements.
- Experience working with information technologies and systems analysis
- Demonstrated experience in producing artefacts best suited for the products and projects.
- Experience in cloud platforms like Azure or similar.
