We’re partnering with a leading Australian organisation to recruit a Senior Strategy Manager to join a high-performing enterprise strategy team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with senior executives on high-impact initiatives spanning AI, productivity, strategic performance, digital transformation, investment prioritisation and customer strategy. You’ll help solve complex business challenges, shape strategic direction and influence enterprise-wide decision making.

As a Senior Strategy Manager, you will:

  • Lead strategic problem solving and develop executive recommendations.
  • Conduct market, customer, competitor and financial analysis.
  • Support strategic planning and execution of key initiatives.
  • Prepare executive presentations, board papers and briefing materials.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across strategy, technology, product and transformation.

You’ll ideally come from a Top-tier or Tier 1 strategy consulting or Corporate Strategy within banking or financial services, or Big Four consulting with strong strategy experience.

You’ll also bring:

  • Minimum 3+ years’ strategy consulting or corporate strategy experience.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and commercial skills.
  • Strong PowerPoint, Excel and executive communication capability.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders.
