As a Senior Solution Design Manager, you will be responsible for driving competitive advantage for the agency, helping to define and articulate the strategy for a designated industry or solution area. You will operate with a high level of autonomy, leading solution design initiatives, translating business needs into technical outcomes, and guiding teams through complex delivery environments.

Your duties will include:

  • Leading systems analysis and solution design for complex ICT programs
  • Translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Driving innovation, continuous improvement, and system enhancements
  • Overseeing system performance, identifying issues, and implementing fixes
  • Managing stakeholder relationships across business and technical teams
  • Contributing to ICT strategy and aligning solutions with business goals
  • Reviewing and advising on technical and corporate documentation

Skills and experience we are looking for:

  • Strong experience in systems analysis and enterprise architecture
  • Proven ability to lead requirements definition for complex programs
  • Deep knowledge of system design principles and delivery frameworks
  • Experience working across SDLC (Agile and Waterfall)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting capability
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, SharePoint and Visio
  • Ability to analyse business processes and model current/future states
