Senior Siebel Developer

  • Must be able to obtain Negative Vetting Level 1
  • Key skills: Strong Siebel CRM development (configuration, workflows, integration, eScripting, OpenUI), enterprise system integration, and Oracle stack experience

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Siebel CRM Software Engineer to play a critical role in delivering high-impact, enterprise-scale CRM solutions within a large and complex environment. You will contribute to the design, development, and optimisation of mission-critical systems that support millions of users, driving innovation and improving service delivery through cutting-edge technology.


Your duties will include:

  • Designing, developing and maintaining Siebel CRM applications to meet business requirements
  • Implementing Siebel configurations, workflows, integrations, and scripting solutions
  • Developing and managing data migration and data load processes (EIM)
  • Producing high-quality technical designs and participating in code reviews and testing
  • Supporting system administration, release, and deployment activities
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance CRM solutions

Skills and Experience we are looking for:

  • Extensive experience in Siebel CRM development (TBUI, Workflows, Scripting, Configuration, Integration/EAI, OpenUI)
  • Strong understanding of Siebel architecture and Oracle technology stack
  • Proven ability to lead software development activities and solve complex technical problems
  • Experience with system integration, release management, and deployment practices
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience working in large, complex enterprise or government environments
