- Adelaide Based // 100% Remote for Interstate candidates (must be in Australia)
One of our clients is seeking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to work on scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in ServiceNow development roles.
- ServiceNow Admin Certification (or higher).
- ITIL Practitioner Certification (or higher).
- Strong experience with Business Rules, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and Workflow Design.
- Experience across scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide, PowerShell) and frameworks (.NET, Angular, React).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and cloud infrastructure.
- Demonstrated experience with APIs, middleware, and network technologies (firewalls, proxies, etc.).
- Background in large, complex enterprise environments with multiple integration points.
- Ability to produce detailed solution documentation and stakeholder communications.
Desirable Skills, Experience or Qualifications
- Ability to develop, script, and enhance ServiceNow modules and integrations (e.g., ITSM, ITSM Pro, ITOM).
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with internal stakeholders and vendors to implement technical plans and improvements.
