Senior Service Delivery Manager
- 24 month fixed term contract with the option to convert to permanent

Our client is currently on the lookout for an experienced Service Delivery Manager with to establish and lead the delivery, stability, and continuous improvement of critical IT services. This role sits at the intersection of operations, service management, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring services are delivered to agreed SLAs while driving operational excellence across 24×7 IT and NOC environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end service delivery for assigned platforms and customers
- Lead and coordinate NOC operations, including incident, problem, and escalation management
- Ensure services meet agreed SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs
- Act as the primary point of contact for major incidents, coordinating technical teams and communications
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous service improvement initiatives
- Manage relationships with internal teams, vendors, and service providers
- Oversee change, release, and operational readiness activities
- Produce service reporting, dashboards, and operational insights for stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager within heavily regulated enterprise experience (Environments such as mining, utilities, manufacturing with 24×7 operations. would be ideal)
- Prior experience within NOC or 24×7 operations environment is highly regarded
- Strong understanding of ITIL / Service Management frameworks – ITIL v4 cert would be beneficial
- Hands-on experience with incident, problem, and change management
- Ability to lead through high-pressure situations, including major incidents
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with network, infrastructure, and application support teams
- Must be Australian Citizen to apply
