Senior SAP FICO Functional Consultant

Our client is a federal government organization who is looking for a Senior SAP FICO Consultant to support finance-focused SAP initiatives including enhancements, upgrades, and optimisation activities.

This role suits a hands-on functional consultant with strong configuration capability and experience working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as FI/CO subject matter expert across SAP project streams
  • Lead configuration, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support
  • Translate business requirements into scalable FI/CO solutions
  • Support data migration validation and integration testing
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and UAT
  • Provide knowledge transfer to internal teams

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years’ SAP FI/CO experience with strong ECC exposure
  • Hands-on configuration experience across FI and CO modules
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience working in project-driven SAP environments
  • Australian citizenship (baseline clearance eligibility required)
