Opportunity
This is a 12-month initial hourly rate contract with a further 12-month option to extend with high profile government client on a multi-year transformation program.

Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Leader in Salesforce Vlocity to support 8-10 cross-functional delivery squads operating in a SAFe model.

You’ll be the right-hand to the Chief Developer, and take a senior mentoring role for the Practice and Tech Leadership trio.

  • Support the creation of design standards and review of the designs, and develop Salesforce Vlocity solutions that ensure robustness, re-useability, performance, and quality.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to governance and coding standards
  • Support the code deployment process through all environments including production.
  • Actively participate in daily Scrum ceremonies – stand-ups, sprint plans, estimation sessions, retro’s, backlog grooming
  • Deliver quality Salesforce Vlocity components working with other developers, UI/UX experts, solution architects, and accessibility experts.
  • Help uplift the team through collaboration and knowledge sharing with colleagues.
  • Support the rollout of CI/CD and Salesforce DevOps and test automation practices.

Success Measures

  • Hands on experience as a Senior Developer in Salesforce Vlocity platform using specifically Apex, LWC, Ominiscripts, Flexcards, DataRaptors
  • APEX Enterprise Frameworks (fflib, at4dx, trigger framework, error logging frameworks: Selector, Domain, UnitofWork, ApexMock)
  • Integration design patterns, REST API’s and Platform Events
  • Experience in Salesforce Solution Architecture, High Level Design (HLD) of Salesforce solutions and features for multiple Clouds using Vlocity (Sales, Service, Health and Communities)
  • Experience leading, mentoring and developing Salesforce Developers
  • Experience working with Domain and Lead Architects to ensure designs are in line with enterprise roadmaps.
  • Experience working on at least 5+ large scale Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud implementations.
  • Source Control tools e.g. GitLab, Atlassian Jira, VSCode and DevOps practices.
  • One or more relevant Salesforce Certifications and commitment to ongoing self-development (Developer I, Developer II, OmniStudio Developer, Domain Architect)
