Opportunity

Our client is a federal government organisation with offices throughout Australia. Due to growth, they are seeking multiple Senior Salesforce Developers to join their growing group of 8-10 SAFe Agile squads working on a multi-year reform program.

  • 12-month initial contract plus 12-month extension, excellent hourly rates negotiable
  • Richmond or Geelong location, hybrid with 2-3 days per week onsite minimum
  • Federal government role – Australian citizenship required

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Support the creation of design standards and review of the designs, and develop Salesforce Vlocity solutions that ensure robustness, re-useability, performance, and quality of the solution.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to governance and coding standards via reviews.
  • Support the code deployment process through all environments including Production.
  • Actively participate in daily scrum activities
  • Deliver quality Salesforce Vlocity components and solutions in concert with other developers, UI/UX experts, solution architects, and accessibility experts.
  • Bring your expertise in Salesforce Vlocity to help guide best practice solution delivery.
  • Help build the capability of the team through close collaboration and knowledge sharing with colleagues.
  • Adopt and support the rollout of CI/CD and DevOps and test automation practises.

Success Measures

  • Experience in 4+ Salesforce projects across full development lifecycle including design, new development and refactoring for future performance, efficiency and reusability
  • Hands on Vlocity platform experience or Omnistudio using specifically Apex, LWC, Omniscripts, Flexcards, and DataRaptors
  • REST API’s
  • Experience working with OOP, design patterns and frameworks (fflib, at4dx, trigger, error logging frameworks like Selector, Domain, UoW, ApexMock)
  • Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Health Cloud implementations
  • Tooling JIRA, GitLab, VSCode, Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD
  • Relevant Developer Certifications (eg Developer I, Platform Developer II, Omnistudio Developer)
  • Proof of Australian Citizenship
