Our Client

Our Federal Government client is Australia’s principle revenue collection agency, primarily responsible for administering the federal taxation system and superannuation legislation, as well as managing and delivering a range of Australian government payment and loan schemes.

The Role

Join a dynamic development team, working on exciting and challenging automation projects. You will be part of a small team of RPA developers, playing a key role in designing and delivering critical RPA processes that adhere to the highest standards of security, ethics, and performance. This role requires expertise in the Blue Prism platform and a commitment to best-practice delivery in a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy robust RPA solutions.
  • Contribute to documentation such as Process Definition and Solution Design Documents in line with the globally recognised Robotic Operating Model.
  • Apply critical thinking to resolve complex problems throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Implement secure coding practices and ensure compliance with government policies and mandated design and development standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience in Blue Prism RPA development, process optimisation, and automated solutions.
  • Proactively identify issues and propose solutions within organisational parameters.
  • Highly developed problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Adaptable and open-minded, able to pivot to other technical work as needed.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate feedback into actionable work items.
  • Focused on building and maintaining professional relationships and team collaboration.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Blue Prism Developer Certification (or equivalent).
  • Qualifications in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Experience with Blue Prism Interact and Control Room.
