Senior Project Manager - (SAP/SuccessFactors)

Talent is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a large Queensland Government based department.

Location: Brisbane, CBD

Contract: 12 months

Rate: $1143.63 per day inc super

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project delivery from initiation through to implementation and transition to support.
  • Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria.
  • Manage project schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and critical paths.
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.
  • Coordinate vendors, consultants, and project resources to achieve delivery outcomes.
  • Drive governance, reporting, and project communications.
  • Support change management, operational readiness, and hypercare planning.
  • Develop sustainable service delivery and support models in partnership with business teams.

What we’re looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience delivering successful HCM, HRIS, HRMS, or Payroll transformation projects.
  • Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
  • Experience delivering enterprise-wide technology transformation programs.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
  • Strong risk, dependency, and governance management capabilities.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and external vendors.
  • Ability to navigate complex organisational and political environments.
