We’re looking for a Business Project Manager to support a large, complex change initiative and lead the development of an indicative business case.

You will bring:

  • Strong project management capability, with proven experience delivering complex business initiatives
  • Deep experience developing business cases, ideally in evidence-based, policy-informed environments
  • Experience leading planning, governance and delivery across multiple workstreams
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and translate complex requirements into clear, compelling business cases
  • Government project experience, with demonstrated delivery under the Treasury Better Business Case framework
  • Experience in banking or financial services within the private sector (highly regarded)
  • A proactive, analytical mindset and comfort working with complexity
