Senior Project Manager (Integration) – 12-Month Contract | Melbourne CBD

Overview
Join a fast-moving Australian organisation and take ownership of critical integration projects that are currently behind schedule. As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll drive recovery plans, bring clarity to complex workstreams, and lead effective coordination across consulting partners, stakeholders, and subject matter experts (SMEs). If you’re comfortable managing ambiguity, staying calm under pressure, and building momentum where it’s needed most-this role is for you.

Opportunity for another 12-month extension.
During the first 12 months, you will work with the IT Group to refine priorities, core delivery, and technical specifications, and assist with resource planning.

Required Skills

  • Strong technology and integration project management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage consulting partners effectively
  • Experience working closely with stakeholders and SMEs
  • Proven capability to manage chaotic or high-variability projects and get delivery back on track
  • Firm but fair leadership style
  • Collaborative, solutions-focused approach to execution

Nice to Have Skills

  • SAP experience

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Senior-level experience in project management

  • 12-month contract (with opportunity for a further 12-month extension)
  • ASAP start
  • Melbourne CBD location, close to public transport
  • Must be an Australian Citizen and able to pass background checks
