Lead the delivery of strategic Digital Twin, GIS, LiDAR and spatial technology projects from planning through implementation. Manage project governance, budgets, risks, vendors and stakeholder engagement while coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Ideal for an experienced Project Manager with strong geospatial, data integration and technology delivery expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution and delivery of complex technology and transformation projects.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies.
  • Establish delivery frameworks and governance structures to support project success.
  • Drive project outcomes while ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Monitor project performance and proactively address issues impacting delivery.
  • Deliver projects involving Digital Twin platforms and associated technologies.
  • Coordinate initiatives related to GIS, spatial data management and geospatial applications.
  • Support projects involving LiDAR acquisition, processing and integration activities.
  • Facilitate the integration of spatial, asset and operational data into enterprise environments.
  • Collaborate with technical specialists to ensure solutions meet business and operational requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders, technical teams and external partners.
  • Facilitate workshops, project meetings and governance forums.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Manage third-party vendors and delivery partners to achieve project objectives.
  • Support procurement, commercial engagement and vendor performance management activities.
  • Implement effective project governance and reporting practices.
  • Maintain project plans, RAID registers and executive reporting artefacts.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Ensure projects comply with organisational standards, policies and delivery methodologies.
  • Provide regular updates to sponsors, steering committees and leadership teams.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience delivering complex projects within technology, infrastructure or data-driven environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing Digital Twin, GIS, spatial technology or geospatial data projects.
  • Knowledge of LiDAR technologies, spatial data workflows and related platforms.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, risk management and delivery methodologies.
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders across business and technical functions.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple delivery streams.
  • Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing vendors, consultants and implementation partners.
