Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager you will manage a diverse pipeline of Data & AI initiatives, ranging from AI-enabled business transformation to data platform and digital innovation projects. These initiatives are critical to improving operational efficiency, enhancing decision-making, and enabling scalable, future-ready capabilities across the organisation.
Key activities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Data & AI projects-from discovery through to implementation and business adoption
- Partner with business leaders, technical teams and vendors to deliver impactful solutions
- Drive governance, financial management, risk mitigation and reporting across multiple initiatives
- Manage cross-project dependencies and ensure alignment to strategic priorities
- Lead and mentor Project Managers within the Data & AI stream
- Champion delivery excellence across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid methodologies
- Embed sustainable operating models and support transition to BAU
Skills and experience
- Proven experience delivering complex, enterprise-scale technology projects
- Strong understanding of data ecosystems, AI capabilities and digital transformation
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, vendors, risks and competing priorities
- Experience leading teams and driving outcomes in matrixed, fast-paced environments
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity
