Senior Project Manager
This large government body is currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead their flagship Culture Program, a critical initiative supporting their goal of fostering a High Performing Culture across the organisation.

As the Senior Project Manager, you will drive the delivery of a cross-organisational program designed to embed a safe, inclusive, and constructive culture where people feel empowered to perform at their best. The Culture Program comprises several interconnected workstreams, including:
- Leadership capability development
- Talent management and workforce planning
- Strategic workforce composition
- Performance, engagement, and employee experience
You will partner closely with senior leaders, HR teams, and program sponsors to ensure alignment with the organisational purpose, while bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to this high-impact transformation initiative.
Skills and experience
- Experience Project Manager with experience leading Business Transformation projects/programs
- Demonstrated success delivering culture, leadership, or people-focused programs
- The ability to bring steadfastness, sound judgment, and calm leadership, guiding stakeholders with confidence
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A practical, solutions-oriented approach grounded in wisdom and experience
