Join a leading organisation embarking on a global Workday rollout, with the Australian phase focused on Time & Attendance.

As the Senior Project Manager, you’ll be the key connection between the global team in the US, local stakeholders, and the implementation vendor – driving successful delivery, collaboration, and change adoption.

Key activities

  • Lead the Australian implementation stream of the global Workday rollout (focused on Time & Attendance).
  • Coordinate closely with the global team in Atlanta, ensuring smooth cadence, alignment, and communication.
  • Manage vendor relationships and implementation activities across multiple sites.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement across HR, IT, Payroll, and Operations.
  • Oversee project delivery from planning through to go-live and hypercare.
  • Support change management, training, and user adoption to ensure long-term success.

Skills and experience

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale HRIS implementations (Workday experience highly regarded).
  • Strong understanding of Time & Attendance systems and workforce management processes.
  • Experience leading multi-site projects in complex environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate, influence, and collaborate at all levels.
  • Passion for change, teamwork, and successful project delivery.
