Working for this health services organisation as the M365 Project Manager you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Microsoft 365 (M365) project, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business goals.

This role will oversee all aspects of the project, from initiation to completion, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive successful outcomes.

Key activities

  • Define project scope and deliverables that support organisational goals in collaboration with project sponsors
  • Organise and manage allocated projects, including day-to-day operational aspects. This includes managing project teams and resource needs based on project requirements and the allocation of internal and external resources
  • Effectively tracks key project milestones and multiple streams of work, adjusts project plans and/or resources to meet project deliverables
  • Manage relationships and communications with project stakeholders, including customers and delivery teams
  • Coordinates daily stand-ups and retrospectives, tracking and reporting progress, helping teams to refine and streamline the delivery process, identifying and resolving issues and risks that impact delivery
  • Communicates and reports project activities, timelines, impacts, and implications to project team members, stakeholders, and staff through appropriate governance forums
  • Balance schedule, cost, and quality in reaching decisions relating to project delivery
  • Manage relationships with vendors and third-party suppliers

Skills and experience

  • Minimum 5+ years’ industry experience, including specific experience in managing the implementation of Microsoft 365 projects
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large complex technology-related projects, with a focus on end-to-end project management from initiation to delivery
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects in a complex environment, including managing project scope, resources, timelines, and budgets effectively
  • Experience collaborating closely with implementation partners or vendors
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues early and implement effective solutions
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on achieving project objectives and business outcomes
