Job Summary / Overview
The Senior Project Engineer will support the delivery of a concept design for a pilot plant demonstrating a novel green iron process. The role leads technical deliverables and coordinates internal and external resources across early phase studies.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead development of technical deliverables including flowsheets mass and energy balances MEL and MTO
* Track and report cost and schedule performance across studies
* Lead technical and commercial risk assessments and mitigation strategies
* Manage internal and external engineering resources to deliver scope
* Develop and lead testing programs to close technical capability gaps
* Coordinate third party and functional design reviews as required

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical or Process Engineering
* Minimum 8 years experience with 10+ years in minerals processing plant design highly desired

Skills & Competencies
* Multidisciplinary engineering coordination
* Project engineering and schedule management
* Risk management and independent working capability
* Experience with pilot plants and technology development
* Experience working as owner OEM and consultant
