Senior Project Coordinator
This large utilities organisation is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support a multi-million-dollar enterprise program.
Your brand-new role will see you provide dedicated governance and delivery support across the program lifecycle. You will provide comprehensive project management support to the Program Manager, functioning as the operational backbone of the program.
Key activities
- Own and maintain core governance artefacts (RAID, reporting, dashboards)
- Manage setup, permissions, and housekeeping of internal and external-facing SharePoint sites
- Assist in preparation of Project Management Plans, business cases, board papers, and Steering Committee packs
- Project administration duties, including resource acquisition, onboarding, and vendor management processes
- Coordinate all program governance meetings
- Produce high-quality, accurate meeting minutes with clear attribution of actions and decisions
Skills and experience
- Senior project coordination or project officer experience within enterprise-scale, multi-workstream programs
- Ability to produce decision-quality meeting minutes, action registers, and status updates
- Proficiency in SharePoint, Atlassian Jira, and Confluence
- Strong stakeholder and vendor engagement skills
- Calm, composed, and highly effective under pressure
- Ability to juggle competing priorities
