Overview:

Are you a Senior Project Coordinator looking for your next contracting opportunity? Our client is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator ideally with financial services experience (or similar large environments) who will play a key role in leading project coordination activities for a variety of technology projects.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of proven project coordination experience, gained across multiple projects and teams, and within a financial services context preferably.
  • Expert knowledge of delivery frameworks and project governance methodologies.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, with an ability to facilitate financial oversight within projects.
  • Experience and understanding of risk & issue management and reporting.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Confluence & Jira.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Other Requirements:

  • Location: Must be based in Auckland and willing to go to the office 3 days per week.
  • Ideally, a notice period of 2 weeks or shorter, however 4 week notice periods will be considered
