Senior Program Coordinator
Job Summary / Overview
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Program Coordinator to support the delivery of a high-profile enterprise-wide strategic program. Working closely with the Program Manager, you will coordinate governance, reporting, communications and program controls while supporting executive decision-making across multiple workstreams. This role requires exceptional organisation, stakeholder engagement and the ability to translate complex information into executive-ready outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate strategic program activities across multiple workstreams.
- Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, templates and schedules.
- Prepare and coordinate governance reporting, executive presentations and Program Board packs.
- Monitor program schedules, milestones, risks, issues, actions and dependencies.
- Develop executive-quality presentations, reports, roadmaps and communication materials.
- Facilitate Program Board meetings, Steering Committee meetings and governance forums.
- Maintain program registers, governance records and reporting documentation.
- Build effective relationships with program teams, vendors and executive stakeholders.
- Support cost investigation, expenditure monitoring and program controls.
- Facilitate workshops, planning sessions and governance meetings.
Required Qualifications / Skills
- Demonstrated experience coordinating large-scale programs.
- Experience supporting governance within complex program environments.
- Strong written communication skills with experience preparing executive papers and governance documentation.
- Experience monitoring schedules, risks, issues, actions and dependencies.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills across multiple business functions.
- Data analysis and visualisation.
- Executive reporting.
- Governance coordination.
- Financial administration and expenditure tracking.
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills with the ability to create executive-quality presentations.
