The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Program Coordinator to support a major, multi-year Salesforce CRM implementation.

This is a busy, central role where you’ll help keep the program running smoothly across financials, reporting, governance, and overall coordination. You’ll be working closely with program and project managers, making sure everything stays organised, on track, and well-documented.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing program budgets, tracking spend, and supporting procurement activities

  • Preparing status reports, dashboards, and delivery trackers

  • Creating PowerPoint decks and briefing packs for senior stakeholders

  • Coordinating vendors, contracts, and purchase requests

  • Maintaining key program documentation (RAID logs, plans, registers, etc.)

  • Supporting program and project managers with day-to-day coordination


What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years’ experience working on ICT projects/programs

  • Background as a Program Coordinator or Project Coordinator in complex environments

  • Experience with large-scale CRM or Salesforce programs (highly regarded)

  • Higher education sector experience (highly preferred)

  • Strong experience with financials, reporting, and procurement

  • Confident in creating exec-level reports and presentations

  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders
