Senior Power Platform Developer

About the Role

As the Senior Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of a new application leveraging Dynamics 365 and Power Pages. You will work under the guidance of a Lead Developer and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary project team to deliver a high-quality solution.

The platform will support both external industry stakeholders and internal users, improving operational efficiency and enabling greater visibility of compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement application components using Dynamics 365 and Power Pages
• Translate business requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Testers, and Project Managers to ensure successful delivery
• Contribute to system architecture, development, and deployment activities
• Ensure solutions meet high standards for security, performance, and scalability
• Support DevOps processes, including version control, CI/CD, and release management
• Provide technical input into training materials and support knowledge transfer activities

Solution Overview

You will contribute to the delivery of a solution comprising:

External Portal

• Online licence applications and renewals
• Application tracking and status updates
• Notifiable event submission

Internal System

• Processing and management of applications and renewals
• Monitoring and response to industry events
• Maintenance of compliance records and histories

Key Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated experience with:
• Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Power Pages (Power Platform)
• Exposure to:
• SharePoint Online (data storage and permissions)
• Power BI (dashboards, reporting, and datasets)
• DevOps tools and practices
• Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Previous experience in government or regulated environments (desirable)
