Job Summary / Overview
An opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Organisational Development Consultant to support the delivery of key initiatives within a People and Culture function. This three-month temporary engagement will focus on strengthening organisational capability, culture, employee experience and workforce outcomes.
The successful consultant will work independently while partnering with stakeholders to develop and deliver practical organisational development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives
* Develop and implement employee engagement and wellbeing programs
* Lead organisational development, culture and workforce-related projects
* Develop and implement workforce and people strategies
* Analyse workforce and survey data to identify insights and translate findings into practical actions
* Facilitate workshops and present information to diverse audiences
* Partner with stakeholders to support organisational development priorities
* Deliver workforce capability initiatives that support organisational performance and culture
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering diversity and inclusion initiatives
* Experience developing and implementing employee engagement and wellbeing programs
* Demonstrated experience leading organisational development, culture or workforce-related projects
* Experience analysing workforce and survey data and translating insights into practical actions
* Experience facilitating workshops and presenting to diverse audiences
* Experience working independently and managing organisational development initiatives
* WA public sector or other large complex organisation experience will be highly regarded
