Lead the end-to-end change management strategy for a major Technology Change Program (TCP), driving adoption, engagement, and business readiness across a complex transformation.

This role will work directly with the Technology Change Program (TCP). The Technology Change Program (TCP) is part of the broader Transformation Program within Melton which aims to modernise and optimise the council’s technology infrastructure, improve operational efficiencies, and enhance service delivery to stakeholders and the community.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Organisational Change Manager to shape and deliver strategic change initiatives that enable seamless transitions across systems, processes, and customer experience.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead the design and delivery of change, business readiness, and training programs aligned to program and customer outcomes.
  • Execute the overarching Change Management Strategy across the Technology Change Program.
  • Develop and implement change plans including communications, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption strategies.
  • Conduct impact assessments to inform targeted change interventions and readiness activities.
  • Collaborate with teams to embed change activities into program delivery across multiple workstreams.
  • Coach and support leaders and managers to act as change champions within their teams.

What you’ll bring

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Organisational Development, HR, Communications, IT, or related field (essential).
  • Formal change management certification (e.g. Prosci, ACMP or equivalent) (essential).
  • Proven experience leading change management strategies for large-scale technology or business transformation programs.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating change, communications, training, and business readiness into complex program delivery.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing change teams.
