The Role

Join a high-impact team as a Senior Network Engineer, where you will play a critical role in maintaining and evolving a complex enterprise network environment. In this role, you will lead technical problem-solving, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to strategic network initiatives across both on-premise and cloud environments.

Your duties will include:

  • Managing and enhancing enterprise network infrastructure, standards, and documentation
  • Providing Level 3 support, including advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Leading and contributing to major incident responses through to resolution
  • Ensuring compliance with security policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
  • Supporting and optimising cloud and hybrid network environments (AWS, Azure)
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to drive improvements and support project delivery

Skills and Experience we are looking for:

  • Extensive experience in enterprise network design and operations (LAN, WAN, WLAN, SDN)
  • Strong expertise in firewall technologies and network security controls
  • Proven experience with cloud networking across AWS and Azure environments
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills with a focus on fault diagnosis and incident management
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor team members and contribute to capability uplift
