Senior Network Engineer - 100% Project work
- 12 month initial fixed term contract with the option to convert to permanent

Our client is on the lookout for a skilled Network Engineer to join our team and help design, implement, and support the Network infrastructure that keeps our business connected. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Engineer who thrives in a fast paced, project driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless networks
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues across enterprise environments
- Implement and manage network security protocols, VPNs, and access controls
- Support network upgrades, migrations, and capacity planning initiatives
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure seamless integration of systems and services
- Maintain documentation for network architecture, configurations, and procedures
- Respond to incidents and provide technical support for escalated network issues
Requirements:
- 5-10+ working as a Network Engineer or similar role in enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience with Cisco technologies supported by relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP,) are highly desirable
- Exposure to several enterprise Network Project – technical and design work
- Understanding of firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
