Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to join a major ICT reform program, contributing to the design, development, and delivery of modern, scalable digital solutions. This role is front-end focused, with a strong emphasis on Angular (v16+), while also requiring solid capability across the Microsoft technology stack.

You will work closely with architects, business analysts, and other developers to deliver high-quality applications that support organisational transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain front-end applications using Angular v16+

  • Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and services built on .NET

  • Build and maintain data-driven features using SQL

  • Develop and deploy solutions within Microsoft Azure environments

  • Contribute to system design, code reviews, and technical documentation

  • Ensure solutions align with ICT reform objectives, best practices, and security standards

  • Support testing, defect resolution, and continuous improvement activities

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with Angular (v16 or above) in a production environment

  • Experience developing applications using .NET

  • Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases

  • Experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud services

  • Ability to work effectively within agile or delivery-focused project teams

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Desirable / Bonus Skills

  • Experience with Azure Service Bus

  • Experience with Azure API Management

  • Exposure to large-scale ICT reform or transformation programs

  • Government or enterprise-scale system experience (desirable)
