An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior MuleSoft Integration Developer to join a high-performing integration team within a leading Australian organisation. This is a 9-month contract where you’ll play a key role in supporting, enhancing and delivering enterprise integration services across a complex technology landscape.
Working alongside architects, developers and business stakeholders, you’ll be responsible for maintaining critical integration platforms while delivering new API capabilities and driving continuous improvement across the MuleSoft environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2-3 support for MuleSoft integrations, including incident management, troubleshooting and defect resolution.
- Develop, enhance and maintain APIs using MuleSoft’s API-led connectivity approach (System, Process and Experience APIs).
- Build new integration components and enhance existing services across enterprise platforms.
- Deliver data transformation, mapping and integration with Salesforce and external applications.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments and release activities, including occasional after-hours releases.
- Monitor integration performance, optimise APIs and improve platform reliability.
- Configure and support Sumo Logic monitoring for MuleSoft integration services.
- Provide technical guidance on integration best practices, platform optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to prioritise integration backlogs and deliver high-quality solutions.
About You
- Strong commercial experience developing and supporting MuleSoft integrations in enterprise environments.
- Expertise in API-led connectivity, REST APIs, DataWeave and MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise and third-party systems.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments and release management.
- Experience with API monitoring, performance tuning and production support.
- Exposure to Sumo Logic or similar monitoring and observability platforms.
- Excellent troubleshooting, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
