Our client is recruiting for an IT Change Manager in a short term engagement for Three to Four months based in Sydney’s CBD.

The IT Chanage Manager will play a pivotal role, ensuring a significant digital transformation journey, implementing BMC Helix IT Service Management platform to optimise IT operations and enhance service delivery.

This is a critical role to ensures the client seamlessly adopts and fully utilises the new platform, maximising its value and minimising disruption. You’ll be key to bridging the gap between the technical build and successful user adoption.

Key Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy and plan tailored for the BMC Helix implementation, encompassing stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, communication, training, and resistance management.

  • Identify, analyse, and engage with all key stakeholders across IT and business units, including executive leadership, project teams, end-users, and support staff, to build buy-in and address concerns.

  • Conduct thorough impact assessments to understand how the BMC Helix implementation will affect different user groups, processes, and systems.

  • Develop and implement mitigation strategies for identified risks and potential resistance.

To be successful in this opportunity, the required skills and experience are:

  • 5 + Years as a Senior IT Change Manager within Financial Services (A Must).
  • 5 + Years as a Senior IT Chanage Manager having worked on significant IT Service Management Platform implementations (A Must).
  • Proven experience working on BMC Helix.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
