Position Overview
An opportunity is available for a Senior Integration Analyst to contribute to major technology programs delivering fit-for-purpose ICT solutions that improve service delivery and user experience.

Working within a large technology environment, you will provide integration and business analysis across complex programs and projects, helping translate business needs into clearly defined requirements and practical technology outcomes. The role combines requirements analysis, process modelling, Agile delivery, stakeholder engagement and quality assurance, with a strong focus on working across business, UX/UI and technology teams.

Key Duties

  • Lead requirements elicitation and analysis across complex technology initiatives.
  • Develop high-quality business analysis artefacts including Epics, User Stories, acceptance criteria, UI requirements, scope models and sequence diagrams.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops with business analysts, UX/UI specialists and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ business process models and diagrams.
  • Identify requirements dependencies, relationships and logical implementation sequences.
  • Work closely with UX/UI teams and provide input into user experience and interface designs.
  • Review and improve Epics and User Stories with business and ICT stakeholders.
  • Undertake peer and quality reviews of specifications and solution design documentation.
  • Support stakeholder engagement and act as a conduit between business areas, delivery teams and external technology providers.
  • Track project status, risks and issues, identify potential problems and escalate where appropriate.
  • Support the coordination and assurance of systems delivery outcomes within Agile, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Assist in obtaining stakeholder acceptance and sign-off of confirmed requirements.

Skills and Experience Required

  • 5-6 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, delivering enterprise solutions through technology providers within complex programs and projects.
  • Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis and definition.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop Agile business analysis artefacts including Epics, User Stories, Scrum or Kanban boards, UI requirements, risk analysis, scope modelling and sequence diagrams.
  • Experience facilitating workshops involving senior and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
  • Strong systems delivery experience within Agile and similar delivery environments.
  • Experience coordinating and assuring technology delivery outcomes across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting peer and quality reviews of specifications and design documentation, ensuring solutions meet business requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and collaboration skills.
  • An interest in accessibility and accessible design and development will be highly regarded.
