Our Client is a Big 4 Bank in Sydney seeking a skilled, Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in AWS Cloud, to join their team in a permanent position. The role is based in the Sydney CBD (2-3 days in the office required).

The Full Stack Developer must have expertise in AWS Cloud and back-end experience in Python, Node.js or Java. The role blends infrastructure automation, cloud-native development, and AI integration. The Senior Full Stack Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining cloud applications, implementing infrastructure as code, and delivering AI enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Back-end development using Python, Java or Node.JS
  • React for Front-end application development
  • Build and maintain platform components
  • Implement RESTful APIs and Micro-services architectures

To be successful in this role, experience required:

  • AWS Cloud experience (A Must)
  • Full Stack experience in large enterprise organisations (Financial Services A Must).
  • Proven experience with AWS/ Python OR Java/ React, Angular OR Vue.js
  • Exposure to Terraform and infrastructure as code
  • Critical thinking and excellent stakeholder engagement skills
