As a Senior / Manager EUC Engineer, you will lead the engineering, implementation, and operational governance of enterprise EUC and Citrix environments. You will be responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and high-performing end-user computing solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and cyber security standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead engineering design, build, and operational assurance for EUC, Citrix, and cloud-hosted desktop platforms

  • Define and implement target-state EUC and Citrix solutions across AWS and hybrid environments

  • Lead and execute Citrix migrations (on-premises to AWS and hybrid models)

  • Embed security-by-design principles, including zero trust and secure remote access controls

  • Provide technical leadership across identity, networking, endpoint, and AWS infrastructure components supporting EUC

  • Identify and remediate technical debt across legacy EUC and Citrix environments

  • Act as senior technical escalation point for EUC and Citrix platforms

  • Guide engineers and vendors through implementation, optimisation, and migration activities

  • Drive continuous improvement, platform performance optimisation, and service stability

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Extensive hands-on experience in senior EUC or Infrastructure Engineering roles within enterprise environments
  • Deep expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, including migration, modernisation, and operational management
  • Strong experience with Endpoint Management platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, Workspace ONE or similar), including device provisioning, compliance, patching, and policy management
  • Experience designing, deploying, and supporting Citrix workloads hosted on AWS
  • Strong knowledge of EUC architectures, user access models, and performance optimisation strategies

  • Advanced technical capability across:

    • AWS cloud infrastructure

    • Identity & Access Management (IAM)

    • Networking and secure remote access

    • Virtualisation platforms and Microsoft enterprise technologies

  • Strong understanding of cyber security controls relevant to EUC and cloud-based access environments
  • Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams and engaging with senior stakeholders
