Senior ERP Business Analyst
- Strong experience in ERP business analysis, finance/procurement process improvement, and requirements definition in complex environments
- 12-month contract with one 6-month extension option
- Canberra (ACT) with hybrid working arrangements (3 days onsite per week)
- Must be hold a Baseline Security Clearance

The Role
An exciting opportunity is available for a Senior ERP Business Analyst to support a major ERP Uplift Program, focused on modernising and unifying enterprise systems through the implementation of a secure, cloud-based ERP platform. This role will play a key part in shaping future-state processes, supporting solution design, and ensuring the ERP rollout delivers strong outcomes across finance, procurement and travel management functions.
Your duties will include:
- Eliciting, analysing and documenting business requirements across ERP functional areas
- Defining future-state processes and information flows aligned to “adopt not adapt” principles
- Translating business needs into functional requirements, business rules and data requirements
- Supporting workshops and validating proposed ERP solutions against stakeholder expectations
- Working closely with build and testing teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues
- Supporting UAT, business readiness, go-live transition and change impact activities
Skills and Experience we are looking for:
- Demonstrated senior experience in business analysis within ERP environments
- Strong capability in requirements definition and management (end-to-end lifecycle)
- Proven experience in business process improvement and future-state modelling
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across technical and business teams
- Experience in business modelling, process mapping, and information flow documentation
- Ability to support UAT, readiness planning, and implementation/go-live activities
