Contract: unti 30.06.2027 + potential extension

Rate: $1157.84 per day inc super

Talent is currently seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Developer to join a Queensland Government Department based in Brisbane, CBD.

The Opportunity:

You’ll play a key role in the development, enhancement and support of a complex Dynamics 365 environment, designing and delivering high-quality business solutions. This is a hands-on senior development role where you’ll contribute to solution design, mentor team members and drive best practice across the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Build custom plug-ins, workflows, integrations and model-driven applications
  • Develop Power Platform solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Work with Azure services to build and support enterprise integrations
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups and estimation
  • Manage development activities through Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
  • Produce technical documentation and solution designs
  • Troubleshoot production issues and deliver high-quality enhancements
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and development standards

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM solutions
  • Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/CRM
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Power Platform
    • Power Apps (Model-Driven Apps)
    • Power Automate
    • Dynamics plug-ins and custom workflows
    • Configuration and customisation
  • Strong C#/.NET development experience
  • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Azure services
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 security, solution management and deployment best practices
