Senior Designer Researcher
Our client is an iconic Australian organisation currently seeking a Senior Design Researcher to deliver integral research on a long term transformation project.
Your new role will see you joining the businesses Design and Research team to drive and manage research activities for internal partners in product, platform and enterprise. Ideally you will bring a wealth of experience driving research planning, roadmaps, and methodology in enterprise/ complex environments. Engaging with a range of internal stakeholders you will play a key role in utilising the appropriate research methodology to source data to inform decisions and reduce potential risks. This will be complete using moderated and unmoderated testing remote testing, a range of fidelity prototype testing, concept testing, contextual inquiry, survey design, competitive and comparative analysis, and other research methods across variety of devices.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience as a Design Researcher within complex environments
- Experience working with design research tools such as AirTable, Optimal Workshop, Askable, Miro and/or Figma
- Good knowledge of accessibility
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting to change
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills; comfortable engaging cross functional teams
Our client is offering an initial 6 month contract with the view to extension. Offices are based in Melbourne’s inner suburbs with a requirement to be onsite 3 days per week.
