We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Lead to join a large-scale enterprise Agile Release Train (ART) environment across multiple teams. This is a hands-on delivery leadership role (not people leadership) requiring strong programme management capability, financial acumen, and the ability to operate calmly and effectively within a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Permanent candidates are preferred; however, strong contractors will also be considered.
About the Role
You will sit within a Customer Experience (CX) ART responsible for delivering customer-facing initiatives including digital platforms, websites, AI-enabled customer tools, and large-scale enterprise transformation programmes including migration initiatives.
This role works closely with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, senior stakeholders, vendors, and executive leadership to ensure successful programme delivery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery across approximately 3 teams within a large ART environment (30-35 people) – this is the CX (Customer Experience) ART

Coordinate PI Planning and programme delivery activities

Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery timelines

Work closely with Product Managers and Scrum Masters to drive alignment and execution

Provide governance oversight and financial management across delivery streams

Engage confidently with senior stakeholders and executive leadership

Support enterprise-scale customer transformation initiatives

Take a proactive and hands-on approach to delivery leadership
About You
You will come from a strong delivery background and be comfortable operating within complex enterprise or public sector-style environments where priorities can shift and stakeholder management is critical.
Required Experience

Proven experience leading large-scale technology or transformation programmes

Strong Agile delivery experience within enterprise environments

Experience working within SAFe / Agile Release Train (ART) structures and PI Planning

Ability to flex delivery approach within evolving Agile environments

Strong programme governance and financial management capability

Experience managing vendors, contracts, risks, and dependencies

Comfortable operating within complex and politically sensitive environments

Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across both delivery teams and executive leadership

Customer-facing transformation programme experience highly regarded
