About the Role

You’ll drive the architecture and delivery of scalable data solutions, including MDM, data models, ingestion pipelines, and integrations across business applications. This role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, and continuous platform improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead MDM, data models, and Azure data platform development
  • Build and optimise data pipelines (ingestion, transformation, harmonisation)
  • Drive system integration using APIs, ETL/ELT, and messaging patterns
  • Provide technical leadership to engineers and vendors
  • Ensure best practice in architecture, security, and data governance

Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years in data engineering / cloud-based development
  • Strong MDM experience (Informatica Cloud MDM / Customer or Product 360)
  • Expertise in Azure (ADF, Synapse, Databricks, SQL, Data Lake)
  • Solid SQL, data modelling, and integration experience
  • Experience with ETL/ELT, APIs, and CI/CD (Azure DevOps preferred)
