About the opportunity
The Senior Cyber Security Designer will be responsible for designing, testing and ongoing planning and oversight of IT security controls implementation across our clients critical Infrastructure stack.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing pragmatic cyber security controls for Operational Technology networks
- Provide cyber security advice and guidance on the appropriateness and timeliness of cyber security improvements to critical Infrastructure
- Reviewing and assess projects for security risk posture and define appropriate management plans where required.
- Assess and report security control maturity and gaps using enterprise risk management framework
- Design and coordinate security assurance testing activities
As our ideal candidate, you will have:
- Extensive experience working in a Cyber Security Designer or similar
- Strong experience working in critical infrastructure sectors such as Transport and Utilities.
- Hands-on experience working with control frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO27001)
- Proven experience in security, including security designing across IaaS, PaaS and SaaS.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak with all stakeholders across the business.
