Senior Customer Insights Analyst

Required Skills:
- Proficient in Power BI, SQL, and Python for in-depth data analysis and visualisation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.

Experience in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports specifically related to customer behaviour for tracking customer engagement metrics.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting data findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
- A solid understanding of customer experience principles, with a knack for identifying opportunities for service enhancement.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with Databricks for exploratory analysis and data preparation.

Experience in the financial services industry or similar environment.
- Understanding of predictive modeling techniques for customer retention and engagement.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar data analysis or insights role.
