Senior Contract Compliance Analyst
Talent International is currently recruiting a Senior Analyst, Contract Compliance to work for the NSW Government, based in Parramatta. This is a 6-month contract with a view to be extended. The role pays $850-$950/day + Super.
Hours – 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
Required license: Driver’s license
About the Role
In this role, you will support the development and implementation of contract governance frameworks and performance monitoring processes, ensuring consistent standards and effective Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
You will provide expert advice on contract compliance, risk management, and quality assurance, working closely with internal stakeholders to embed best-practice contract management aligned to government and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of contract management plans in line with organisational policies and contractual obligations
- Conduct contract compliance reviews and audits, identifying gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Prepare and maintain contract management reports, providing analysis and insights to support decision-making
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent contract management practices across the organisation
- Provide expert advice on contract compliance, risk management, and governance
- Identify and mitigate contract-related risks, escalating issues where required
- Contribute to the development and embedding of contract management best practices
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and government obligations, including alignment with the NSW Procurement Framework
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and compliance requirements
- Deliver guidance and training to stakeholders on contract management and compliance standards
About You
You will bring:
- Strong experience in contract compliance, governance, or contract management
- Demonstrated ability to conduct compliance reviews, audits, and risk assessments
- Experience working within NSW Government or large public sector environments (highly regarded)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
