Our client is currently on the lookout for an experienced Contact Centre Project Manager to lead the delivery of key initiatives across one of Australia’s busiest and complex contact centre environment. The ideal candidate is seasoned project professional with excellent understanding of contact centre operations and infrastructure, telephony systems and can drive improvements across people, processes, and technology.
You will be responsible for managing end?to?end project delivery, engaging with stakeholders across operations, IT, workforce management, training, and customer experience to ensure successful implementation of new systems, processes, and service models.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years’ experience in Project / Program delivery with several end to end Telephony / Contact Centre transformation projects
  • Experience oversees the implementation of new technologies such as telephony platforms, CRM enhancements, IVR changes, WFM tools, and digital service channels.
  • Excellent understanding of the process to procure Contact Centre equipment and systems
  • Ability to work closely with contact centre leadership to understand operational requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
  • Strong Project Management fundamentals – Inception to Delivery
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement at all levels across multiple departments
