
Senior Communications Consultant
- 3 month contract position
- Sydney CBD Fringe location – 4 days in the office, 1 day WFH
- Flexible start/finish times
- $850 per day
We’re partnering with a well-known organisation in the hospitality and entertainment sector to source an experienced Communications Consultant for an immediate contract opportunity. This role will sit within the Strategy and Change function, supporting a wide range of stakeholders including the CEO, People Operations, Creative, and Change teams.
About the Role:
You’ll be stepping into a key internal communications position, you’ll be central to crafting and delivering clear, engaging, and values-led communications across the organisation.
You’ll manage weekly comms from the CEO, coordinate internal events such as Town Halls, and support change communications across a variety of projects and initiatives. You’ll also work closely with national comms counterparts and help maintain consistency across group messaging.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Own the weekly newsletter and broader internal messaging across multiple formats (email, intranet, video)

Write and deliver change communications in collaboration with project leads and senior stakeholders

Plan and coordinate internal events and town halls, ensuring clear comms and logistics support

Align messaging with brand voice & values

Deliver comms that support engagement, connection, and clarity across the business
You’ll Bring:

Proven experience in internal communications, ideally in large, fast-paced environments

Exceptional copywriting and stakeholder engagement skills

A track record of supporting senior executives (experience with CEO comms is a plus)

Confidence working across multiple projects and teams with minimal direction

Comfort with video content tools is a plus
