Location + WFH Flexibility: Sydney CBD + hybrid working
Daily Pay: $1,000 – $1,200 per day
Role Details
Talent International, a leading Australian recruitment firm, has been engaged by our long-standing client, a well-recognised entertainment organisation, to source a Senior Change Manager – Organisational Change.
This role is responsible for leading the change workstream within the operating model project team. You will oversee the delivery of the change strategy, ensuring successful implementation through structured design, delivery of change artefacts and execution of the change plan.
Key accountabilities include:
- Change Design: Develop the overall change approach for the operating model shift, aligning with delivery timelines, risks, and organisational needs
- Change Build: Translate organisation design into a comprehensive change plan, including impact assessments, communications, sponsor roadmaps, coaching, training and readiness assessments
- Change Execution: Project manage and lead delivery of change initiatives, acting as point of escalation for local change managers
- Change Capability: Provide subject matter expertise, coaching, and mentoring to uplift organisational change capability
- Change Embedment: Deliver post-implementation reviews, reporting and benefit realisation to ensure long-term success
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, internal teams and external providers
Required Skills & Experiences
- 10+ years’ verifiable experience as a Senior Change Manager leading large-scale, complex change initiatives
- Strong track record delivering change outcomes aligned to business and project objectives
- Experience in operating model transformation and large-scale organisational change
- Highly skilled in change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communication, and benefit realisation
- Proven capability working with senior stakeholders in complex, 24/7 operational environments
- Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills – able to influence, motivate and guide others through change
